The hills of Fengjiki, with 319 burial mounds scattered on a flat plateau of 2.6km east-west, 4.2km north-south and 50m in elevation. In addition to performing electric lighting from 18:30 to 21:30 in accordance with the flowering time of the cherry blossoms, a 19m-high stone wall known as the "stone wall of killing a thousand people" will be lit up. Maizuru Park, which was the residence of the Akizuki clan of the Takabe clan, is also known as a cherry blossom spot. In the spring, when about 500 Yoshino cherry trees are in bloom, the Takanabe Castle Cherry Blossom Festival is held. It will be held from late March to early April, but at the "Cherry Blossom and Light and Wind" in late March, under the theme of "Takanabe Castle Town", there will be lighting up of cherry blossoms at night, stage events and sales by eateries.
