The 34th Saburi Pond Plum Festival
Around Saburi Pond, about 6000 plums are planted, one of the largest in Aichi Prefecture, centering on the rare species "Saburi plum" unique to the Saburi area, which produces star-shaped flowers. From mid-February to mid-March, beautiful flowers bloom in order. In a venue wrapped in a gentle plum scent, try to find your favorite plum scent. During the plum festival, there are plenty of limited-time events, such as kimono rental and comparison of sake from Chita Peninsula, as well as opening stores at Umeemon corner and Miyage-mon corner of Chita City. Come to the Saburiike plum festival, which is visited by many visitors every year.
