Bon Dance in the Hairy
Refined, quiet and graceful Bon Dance. The dancing figure also weaves a crested pattern, giving a feeling of the tradition. Two configurations are "Dainosaka", which dances to the sound of a drum, and "Jinku", which dances only with a song. The dancers are cheekly worn by both men and women, kicking them crested, and wearing glittering band costumes. It was listed as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Site in November 2022.
