It is held on April 4 every year at the spring festival of Hie Shrine. A few 20 beautiful trees called "Hoinobori", unique to Hino, are dedicated from each town, and it is a good thing to color the precincts in a gorgeous way. Under the color beautifully propped up on the square of the shrine, people from the town are invited to join each other, and it is a good order to give the spring visit together with joy. "Flower of the Banquet Plum Festival", which is held in conjunction with the flowering of plums. During the period, the white flowers of the castle bloom all over the plum forest, and you can taste the sweetness.
