A festival of good harvest prayers in the Kamakura period and the passed down Wakamiya Hachiman-miya. A park named after Dr. Tomitaro Makino, a botanist from Sagawa-cho. It has been selected as "100 Sakura Famous Places". About 350 cherry trees are planted in the park.
