Honjo Festival
It is known as Nakasendo-ichi no Yama-no-no-Ya-no-Ya-no-Ya-no-Ya-no-Ya-no-Ya-no-Ya-no-Ya-no-Ya-no-Ya-no-no-Ya-no-no-no-Ya-no-no-no-no-no-Yami-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-ten elaborately carved floats are gracefully towed around the city along with the timbre of Oiko. Of the ten, eight floats were all built between Meiji 5 (1872) and Taisho 13 (1924), and the appearance of gorgeous floats cruising with a hundred-year history is as if looking at a period picture scroll.
