利尻の海藻や野花を使い、押し花のようなクラフト体験ができる(料金：大人1500円、中学生以下700円)。所要時間は1人20分前後。施設は築130年程の歴史的建造物を再利用。石蔵ギャラリーやカフェなどを併設しており、利尻の文化や歴史を一緒に感じることができる。カフェでは、利尻昆布でだしをとった石焼きチーズカレー(1000円)やじゃこネギパスタ(1000円)、湧き水で淹れたオリジナルブレンドコーヒー(490円)などが味わえる。

旬の魚介類を囲炉裏の炭火で焼いて味わえる。自慢はホッケのちゃんちゃん焼950円で、脂ののった厚身のホッケを網の上で焼き、味噌にタマネギ、ニンニクなどの薬味を合わせた味噌ダレで食べる。ウニ丼発祥の店として知られ、ウニ丼(5月GWすぎ～8月)も好評。

地元を中心とした新鮮な魚介を味わえる香深漁協直営の店。利尻富士を眺めながら食べる食事は格別。一番人気は最高級の利尻昆布を食べて育った生ウニをたっぷり使った「ウニ丼」5500円で、「海鮮丼」4000円、「ウニとイクラの二色丼」4000円なども人気。6～8月頃は混み合っていることが多いので要予約。

フェリーターミナルの2階にある島内唯一の寿司処。特上寿司2550円、磯ッ子ラーメン1500円など、近海の海の幸をたっぷりと味わえる。1番人気は6月中旬～8月中旬までのエゾバフン生ウニ丼4000円～時価。これだけを目当てにはるばる来店するファンも少なくない。

A coffee shop that has good taste and reputation for setting the siphon on and then dropping the siphon after receiving the order. From orthodox to arranged, it costs 400 yen in the Kitamon-kan blend. Russian mixed with thick coffee and chocolate is also recommended.

You can taste the specialty of Wakkanai, which slices water daco to be fried in the Soya Strait and eats it at the shabu-shabu keel, for one serving of a octopus-shabu pot, 2500 yen, which matches the secret miso sauce and the subtle sweetness of octopus.

特産のミズダコを使った、たこしゃぶ鍋2200円が名物。薄くスライスしたタコ足をさっとだしにくぐらせ、ごまダレやポン酢につけて味わおう。ほかにも、宗谷黒牛のステーキ180g3080円や地物刺身盛り合わせ7品2420円など、稚内ならではの味がいろいろ揃う。

看板料理の磯辺焼き2000円は、巨大な帆立貝のなかに、20種類以上の魚介や野菜、山菜などを入れて、みそ仕立てで焼いた風味豊かな一品。夏ならそいの煮付けやそい刺し、冬なら八角のみそ焼きなどもおいしい。締めには、野菜を入れて牛乳で炊くサロベツ粥840円がおすすめ。
