Family Hot Springs Hua's Hot Water

FAMILY Onsen Huanoyu is a hot spring facility in Onojo, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, dedicated to private baths. The hot water in each room is replaced every time to draw a natural hot spring that is friendly to the skin. There are 15 rooms, each of which offers a different type of Japanese and Western style. Shampoo, rinsing and body soap are prepared for the bath, and each room dressing room is equipped with toilet, air conditioning, dryer, etc. We are also preparing bath towels for lending (for a fee), so it is okay to come to the store empty-handed.

Ono Castle Ikoinomori Campground

Onojo Ikoinomori is located on the south side of the city of Onojo, around the Cushoku Dam, surrounded by rich nature. You can get acquainted with the familiar nature and feel free to camp.

Castle of Ohno

The site of Ōno Castle, which was built as a northern guard of Dazaifu. In Tenchi 4 (665), he allegedly surrounded mountains and valleys with earthworks and stone walls spanning about 8km under the guidance of engineers who came from the Korean Peninsula, and built buildings within them. About 70 cornerstones, believed to be warehouse sites, are now scattered.

Kasuga City, the Hill of the Country History Museum

The National Designated Historic Site Suku Okamoto [Soookamoto] site, which was the center of the famous Inokuni, is located in the Inukuni Hill Historical Park. They exhibit and provide commentary on excavated materials and folk materials from each of the city's ruins. In addition, there are two shouses (domes) in the Inokuni no Oka Historical Park that display the Yayoi period's gomshuin tombs and other objects in the state of the excavation.

White Water Great Pond Park

A comprehensive park developed around Shiramizu Pond, the symbol of Kasuga City. The reservoir is said to have been built in the early Edo period. There are various facilities on the pond, including a multi-purpose square on the north side, as well as a hall of stars, a fountain square, and a lawn square, while the south side has 19 unique and colorful kinds of play equipment, such as the Chibikko square and the observatory square. The roughly 2.2km garden road, which goes around the pond, is perfect for jogging and walking. You can enjoy cherry blossoms in the spring, autumn leaves in the autumn, and celestial observations in the star hall. From the observation tower, which stands at the observatory square and is about 13m high, you can see the blue-spreading Shirasui Pond and the streets of Fukuoka city.

Museum of Art, Kyushu Industrial University

The museum, which displays the collection of Kyushu Industrial University, has collected art works such as fine arts, crafts, photography and design. There are prints by Pablo Picasso and Henri Matisse, as well as works by writers from Kyushu and who are closely related to Kyushu. It not only exhibits, but also workshops, and serves as a base for the promotion of local arts and culture.

Island City Central Park

Within the park, "BIG TREE", which includes a roller slader with a total length of 20m, three slides and a bridge, is very popular in Children's Square. Rest assured that the area around the play equipment is coated with rubber. In the hands-on learning facility "Guringurin", it is possible to observe subtropical plants and the southern butterfly "Oogomadara" in close proximity. The entrance fee for the "Guringrin" experience learning facility is 100 yen for adults (15 years and older) and 50 yen for children (elementary school students and older).

Kashiimiya

The style called Kashii-zukuri of the main shrine (important cultural property) is only here in the whole country. The tree-lined approach road over 800m is wonderful. It is known as a palace for married couples praying for peace, one of the 16 imperial festivals nationwide, and many people visit it for prayers such as eradication of luck and safe-care.

They carry fresh vegetables and specialty products from the island, and their popularity is such as "sweet summer wine", which is a blend of sweet summer and wine from the island specialty, for example, 1,500 yen per bottle. A single CD of ¥ 1200 for the love song "Noko Island's Unrequited Love" by Yōsui Inoue (Yōsui Inoue), which is a love song by Yōsui Inoue (Yousui Inoue), is sold exclusively in the island.
