海上沖386mのT字型釣り桟橋となっており、一度に400名が釣りを楽しむことができる。一年を通して多様な魚が狙える。道具が無くても園内売店では、貸し竿・エサ・仕掛け等(計約1240円)もあり、また、釣りアシスタントが常駐しているので初心者でも安心して気軽に釣りを楽しめる。園内には豪快な真鯛釣りが楽しめる海洋釣堀も併設してあり、釣れた真鯛を持ち帰れる(1kgで約2200円)。公園横緑地では、BBQも楽しめる。食材持込み自由の「焼台コース」、肉・野菜等が揃った「おまかせコース」、海鮮・野菜が揃った「おまかせ海鮮コース」等がある。
