Inner wife coast

The beautiful coast that runs from Mugi to Kaiyo is usually an idyllic sea where fishermen put out their boats, but in the autumn when the waves are high, many surfers come from outside the prefecture. There are several guest houses nearby, and long stays are welcome.

Aioi, Agricultural Products

A direct sale shop with fresh, locally grown vegetables and other items, which also sells homemade Japanese sweets, and among them, "Hangoroshi", which is made from rice cakes and mugwort, which is made from rice cakes and mugwort, is popular.

Kitomura

It produces and sells food using Yuzu Kiotou (contract cultivation without pesticide chemical fertilizer) and spring water from the mountains. Yuzu drink 184 yen, Yuzu ginger 221 yen and cookies and cakes using domestic soybeans are also very popular.

Taiyong Temple Ropeway

The 21st Sadasho Tailong-ji Temple, known as one of the difficult places to call "Henrokorogashi" at the Shikoku Eighty-eight Kasho Reiki. A convenient ropeway for the worship of the Taiyong Temple. It is the longest ropeway in western Japan with a total length of 2775m, height difference of 422m, and a double-track crossing, and takes about 10 minutes from Agenosato Station at the foot of the mountain to Taiyonji Station at the top of the mountain. The 101-named gondola travels over the large, meandering Naga River and the Minesuji of Taiyonji Mountain at an altitude of 618m, and can be viewed as far as the Kenzan Mountains, if the weather is good, or as far away as the Kii Channel and Tachibana Bay. It is a short walk from Taiyūji Station to Taiyūji Main Hall by climbing 117 steps or so.

Road Station Eagle's Village

It is attached to the large-scale Tailong-ji Ropeway Sanshoku Station, which has a total length of 2775m and the length of one of the largest in western Japan. There is a stand, a tourist material exhibition hall, and a "restaurant" that can accommodate 115 people.

Aioi Forest Museum

It is a museum with the theme of "wood", one of the few in the country, and has contemporary wood sculptures and woodcuts. In the collection exhibition, you can admire the excellent works of wood engravers and sculptors collected. In addition, art works of various genres are introduced in a special exhibition (inquiry required).

Kawaguchi Dam Natural Energy Museum

An experiential facility where you can learn about the mechanics of four natural energy and hydrogen fuel cells: solar, hydro, wind and biomass. You can learn cutting-edge technologies such as conversations with communication robots and powerful 4K images while having fun playing. In the digital art "Drawing Smart Town" produced by Team Lab, there is also the experience of moving in a city rich in nature where the picture you have drawn is full of screens. Events such as craft classes are also held on Saturdays and Sundays and long holiday periods (material costs are partly required). You can also enjoy walking on the dam and on the shore of the dam lake.

Washi Line

If you run National Highway 195 to the west, you will arrive at the middle basin of the Naga River, also known as a canoe mecca, "Washashiki Line", where a mountain stream flows between the strangely shaped stones, and you can feel the natural beauty against the backdrop of majestic mountains.

Gao no Se Gorge

A typical V-shaped valley on the southern side of Kenzan National Monument, at the headwaters of the Naga River. You can enjoy natural beauty throughout the four seasons, but especially the autumn leaves that dye the valley in golden color from late October to mid-November.

Tsuzumi Park

A park located in the Tsuzushan area at an altitude of 284m. Overlooking Tachibana Bay, which is called Matsushima of Awa. Until the 8th station, the Tsumen skyline passes. From the parking lot to the vicinity of the summit of the mountain, there is a Jingkemaru promenade, where five rock caves, such as the Shinmei Cave, and a rock rock (natural monument) that sounds when it is shaken can be seen. The Tsuzumi Skyline (traffic: 600 yen round trip) leads to the summit.
