Foundry Local Hall

A museum of materials provided near the site of the historic site, Suo Foundry, the site of the country's mint during the Heian period. It displays items from the ruins of the Foundry and the coinage of each era, and introduces the history of Japanese money and local culture. The remains and related materials of Masujiro Omura, a leading figure of the Meiji Restoration who was born in this area, are also displayed.

Yamaguchi Prefectural Kirara Beach Nature Observation Park

Freshwater ponds, brackish ponds, and tidal flats are spread in the approximately 300,000-square-meter park, which is a wild bird observation area, and various birds such as ducks and sandpipers fly, and their wings rest in places according to their habitat. A field scope is set up at the visitor center of the observation base, and any birds are shown on the day. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, rangers carry out bird watching in the park, and on the second Sunday of every month, bird watching is introduced as a host event.

Tour of Yuda Onsen

It is located in six places, including an alley named Tu no Kōdō Street and Yuta Onsen Station, in front of the Yuta Onsen Tourist Information Center, Tu no-machi Street, in the Inoue Park and on the grounds of Sun Fresh Yamaguchi, and is perfect for resting your weary feet. When immersed for 5 minutes, the body warms up and has the effect of promoting blood circulation. A popular relaxation spot for locals as well. Walking around the city of Yuda while visiting foot baths is recommended.

Umenoya, a taste inn

It is a Japanese-style inn with one of the few sources of its own at Yuda Onsen, where day bathing is possible. A little bit from the street, nestled in a quiet place. The hot water used by the shedding, which is drawn from its own source, is particularly well-known for its good skin effects and fatigue recovery. In addition to a large bath and an open-air bath, a full-scale sauna will also be provided.

Hot water of the mountain water garden

Sotoyu in Sansui-en, a famous inn in Yuda Onsen where Emperor Hirohito once stayed. It is located in a quiet place surrounded by nature on the outskirts of the Yuda Onsen town, and the vast Japanese garden is amazing, and users are limited, so you can take a bath in a leisurely way. The hot water is a source that does not water or warm 100%, and is a colorless and transparent alkaline simple hot spring. It is effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, etc., and can also drink. The outdoor bath, which is integrated with nature, can enjoy both hot spring baths and forest baths. Family hot water (private bath) is also recommended.

Forest of Onsen

Health Land-style day bathing facility at Yuda Onsen. On the first floor, "White Fox no Yu" with a view of the Japanese-style garden for men and "Saviel no Yu" with a modern Western style for women. In addition to inner water for both men and women, there are bathing facilities such as outdoor baths, beauty baths, bubble baths, and walking baths with cobblestones. On the second floor, there is a rest room, a restaurant, an esthetic, a massage, and a Korean-style red pickpocket. Super bedrock baths (500 yen an hour) are also well received.

Nakahara Chuya Memorial Hall

In 1937, Chuya Nakahara, a poet who closed his life as young as 30 years old and still attracts many people. The memorial hall, which stands on the site of a birthplace in Yuda Onsen, Yamaguchi City, features a permanent exhibition that showcases the achievements and life of Chuya, as well as a planned exhibition that approaches the world of Chuya's poetry from various angles. There is also a corner where you can read the related books freely, a corner where you can search for information, and a DVD broadcasting room. There is an outdoor display outside the hall. Inoue Park

A park is the site of the birthplace of the Meiji era's former Isao Inoue, a corner of the onsen town. At the end of the Tokugawa period, it became a dormitory for the Seven Lords, including Mimi Sanjo, who had fallen to Tokyo due to the political change in Kyoto. In addition to the monument and a bronze statue of Kaoru Inoue, there is also a poem engraved with a verse of the poem "Homecoming" by the Yuda Onsen-born poet Chuya Nakahara, and a punctuation of the poet Tanida Sankō who lived at the temporary Yuda Onsen.

Chuya Nakahara Poetry Monument

A poem from "Children's Rhymes", one of Chuya's signature works, stands. The book was taken from Chuya's own manuscript. Immediately next to it is also built a stone monument with a unique phrase by Tanida Sanheado, who spent a period in Yuda Onsen. The street on which these monuments face is the former main street of Yuda Onsen.

Gonnongsan

A mountain about 40m high in the northeast of the Yuda Onsen town. It is called by this name because there is a Kumano Shrine on the summit of the mountain that rises the stone steps. It is said that Chuya Nakahara, a poet from Yuda Onsen, often used to walk through school and climb this mountain, hoping for a city. In addition, he is said to have gone for a walk with his son, Fumiya, on his shoulders when he returned home after adulthood.
