メリケンパークの東端・メリケン波止場に面し、阪神・淡路大震災の悲惨さを今に伝える公園。震災で壊滅した岸壁や傾いた街灯に手を加えることなく、当時のままの状態で保存している。園内では、パネル展示により、復興の過程を知ることができる。

大丸本館の南側に隣接する別館。昭和4年(1929)築のビル4フロアにオシャレなショップが入り、旧居留地活性化のきっかけになっている。

高さ132m、地上30階建ての神戸市役所の24階にある展望ロビー。ポートアイランドと六甲山方面の2つの夜景を眺望。街中にあるので、気軽に見に行けるところがうれしい。

かつて坂本龍馬が学んだ神戸海軍操練所は、江戸末期の元治1年(1864)に、軍艦奉行であった勝海舟の建言によって、徳川幕府が神戸に設置した海軍士官養成機関、海軍工廠[かいぐんこうしょう]のこと。旧居留地の南、現在の新港町付近にあったといい、海岸通りの京橋筋南詰に大きな錨をかたどった神戸海軍操練所跡碑が立つ。諏訪山公園の海軍営の碑や、三宮神社の神戸事件跡などと併せて幕末史跡めぐりを楽しもう。

Canoeing, yachts, cruisers, cutter boats and ikada (for a limited time only) while being instructed by staff, even the first person can experience it with peace of mind. 大阪湾に面した岬町にある釣り施設。渡船で3分の海上に、水深6、7mの8つの筏が造られており、一般用コースとオーパコースがある。一般用コース・オーパコースともに、地元の小魚から大物まで放流されている魚の種類は同じだが、放流量がオーパコースの方が多いので釣果を楽しみたいならオーパコースがオススメだ。また、トイレや貸竿なども完備しているので女性や子どもでも安心して楽しめる。土・日曜、祝日は要予約。

別名「ときめきビーチ」といわれる広々として美しいビーチ。大阪最南端に位置し、晴れた日には美しく整備された砂浜(人工砂浜)から明石海峡大橋や淡路島を一望することができる。海水浴場内にはビーチバレー専用コートやバーベキューコーナーもある。
