Moeki Village

Dog Run Kiyosato Bluegrass Friend Park

Yagedake Kogen Bridge

A bridge over the Higashizawa valley of the Kawamata River, which flows out of the Jigokaya of Yatsugatake (on the eastern side of Gonningdake). In contrast to the "red bridge" of Higashizawa Bridge upstream, this is commonly known as "yellow bridge". It is located on the Prefectural Road No. 28 Hokuto Yatsugatake Park Line, and the yellow-painted bridge is about 490m long and about 100m high. The view from the bridge is majestic, and you can see Yatsugatake in the north, the southern Alps in the southwest, Mount Fuji in the south, and a deep valley below your eyes. Autumn leaves such as oak, beech and rowan create a stunning landscape in late October to early November, as well as fresh green in spring. There is a parking lot on the Kiyosato side and a sidewalk on the bridge, so you can enjoy the scenery slowly.
