Kawaguchiko Field Center

A collective term for the nature exploration area that maintained the primeval forest of Fuji. In addition to walking paths (200 yen, with a guide, 4500 yen an hour, reservations required) to observe scattered lava tree types, etc., there is also a lava tree cave and Funatsu Wainai tour (200 yen in the entrance), which is designated as a national natural monument. At the field center, you can experience craft production using natural materials (from 550 yen). A day camp site is also provided in the back of the area.

Oishi Park

You can enjoy the open view of the lavender fields and Lake Kawaguchi spread along the lake, as well as the majestic Fuji. It is also the venue for the Kawaguchiko Herb Festival, which is full of people coming to enjoy Mount Fuji over lavender. You can also experience making blueberry jam at Kawaguchiko Natural Life Hall in the park.

Misaka Pass

The view from Misaka Pass, a view spot in front of Tenka-chaya that served as the setting for Osamu Dazai's novel, "The Hundred Views of Fugaku".

Estuary Asama Shrine

In the year following the great eruption of Mt. Fuji in 6 (864), the imperial court's royal decree enshrined the god of Mt. Fuji, Asama Ogami (Kihana Kaya Princess [Konohana no Sakuya Hime no Miko]), and the fire festival began. In the precinct covered with giant trees such as seven cedars, a natural monument designated by the prefecture, which is 1200 years old, there is a shrine of worship and main shrine, as well as a stone shrine known as a stone stone stone (heila stone) and a mountain palace shrine, and the fresh air flows. The main shrine is built in Kyongjang 12 (1607) and is built by the company. There are many festival events, such as the annual festival in April and the Tago Kagura Festival in July. Fuji Kawaguchiko Momiji Corridor

Around the Nashi River on the north shore of Kawaguchiko. Around November, the autumn leaf tree line will last about 150m, and the autumn leaf festival will be held. At night, it will be lit up, making the autumn leaves even more fantastic.

Kawaguchiko Momiji Tunnel

As the name suggests, the red-red maple trees cover the road, making it like a tunnel. It is a popular spot where you can view the autumn leaves along with Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko, and many photographers gather for the perfect view. It is also recommended to enjoy the fall foliage festival on the shores of Kawaguchiko from October 26 to November 20.

Kawaguchi Lake

The lake located 830m above sea level. The lakeshore line is crossed and the perimeter is the longest at 20.94km. Especially on the north shore, you can see Fuji in front, and you can enjoy cherry blossoms in spring and autumn leaves and Mt. Fuji at the same time. In addition, seasonal events are also held around Kawaguchiko.

Muto

Stall makers who are particular about the texture of natural materials. The ultra-thin fabric is fluffy, and orders from high brands at home and abroad are rushed in. At the open factory, which is held regularly, you can pick up and buy products.

Recursion Station NADAYA

It sells shochu, sake, wine, etc. that stick to the water of Mount Fuji. The shochu of the push is from Mt. Fuji shochu (rice) 720 ml 1150 yen. For souvenirs, we also recommend a set of 1100 yen, which is a set of 180 ml of potatoes and wheat from Mt. Fuji Shochu.

Kitaguchi Dream Shop

Renovating an old private house and using it as a space where various dreams gather. There are many customers from far away, not to mention the local area, while the cafe and the tree-inlaid gallery are also cozy.
