Hill of Hope Park

A park where you can feel the rich nature and season. There is also a barbecue place and a tennis court in the park, so it feels good to enjoy family recreation and take a leisurely walk along the promenade along the "Fureai no River". "Children's Square" has trifecta sliders and combination play equipment that can be enjoyed by young children. The "exciting bridge", which is like an athletic facility in the middle, is packed with gimmicks and is very popular with children. In addition, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there is also a rental of deformed bicycles, and cycling on a dedicated road is also possible. Let's make many memories by playing with the whole family.

Mountain temple meditation path

In the year of Tensho 9 (1581), Maeda Toshiie, who became the lord of Noto, built Komaruyama Castle. In preparation for the attack from Noto, 29 temples of each sect other than Shinshu were gathered to provide the function of a castle. Sixteen temples, such as Myōkan-in and Chōsei-ji, remain today, and are maintained as walking trails around these temple groups. I would like to take a leisurely walk along a walking path that shows the seasonal winds while being led by the Jizo-sama on the roadside and the iraka of the temple, which is hidden away. It all goes around 2km and takes 2 hours.

One Cedar Street

In the shopping district full of style that has continued since the Muromachi period, there are five Meiji-Showa-style merchants designated as registered Tangible Cultural Properties, and there is a wide range of genres, from shops of traditional crafts such as Japanese candles to shops dealing with the works of modern artists. Let's walk leisurely and find something nice.

Site of Nanao Castle

It is one of the two remaining castle sites in Nanao, within the Japanese Five Great Oyama Castle. Nanao Castle is built around 1500 by Noto Hatakeyama, who was appointed guardian by the Muromachi shogunate. A large number of curved ring groups, including the Honmaru, Ninomaru and Sannomaru, were firmly built on Shiroyama, and were described as impregnable. The castle was fallen by Kenshin Uesugi (1577), and the Noto Hatakeyama clan, who ruled Noto for about 170 years, perished. Nanao City and Nanao Bay can be seen from the Honmaru site.

The House

The building is a private house in the Kaga clan, built 200 years ago. It is a one-story house with a thatched roof, with its huge pine beams and black-glowing dignified zelkova columns giving a sense of history. The gardens, covered in more than 40 kinds of moss, are also beautiful.

Myokanin

A temple that serves as the starting point of the mountain temple promenade, an ancient temple of Shingon sect. The "Koshima no Guanyin", which is enshrined on a precinct higher ground since ancient times, stands a gate of the Karatakaze building reminiscent of Ryugai Castle, and gathers faith as Noto Province No. 7 Reiki. In addition, legends of the Seven Wonders such as "The Name of the Tiger on Bamboo", "The Somen Fudo", and "The Lion and the Goulocks" remain. The main statue of Amitabha Nyorai is said to be the main statue of Noto Kokubunji, and is an excellent gift with the techniques of the Kyung school.

Shigi/Sakura no Sato Onsen Kofun no Uto

A hot spring facility located within the Zhiyi-Sakuranosato Kofun Park, which has 36 species and 1000 cherry blossoms in spring. Hot water has an effect on nerve pain and fatigue recovery. In addition to the large bathhouse, there is also an open-air bath with a view of the idyllic mountains and the Kopura River. In the spring, you can also enjoy watching the cherry blossoms in the park from the rest area and the terrace.

Shio PA [Up]

A parking area located between the Imahama IC and the Senrihama IC on the Noto-Satoyama Kaido. "Sashio parking" where you can eat toilets and snacks such as soba and udon noodles, and a small rest spot where a vending machine is installed. I'm glad I can stop the car in the parking lot and walk from the PA to the seaside. A charging stand with a wireless LAN function is also installed.

Shio PA [down]

PA between the Imahama IC and the Senrihama IC on the Noto and Satoyama Kaido. There is a "shio parking" with a toilet, a vending machine and a snack corner, and a convenient PA for toilet breaks. Local specialities can also be purchased. You can walk down to the Senrihama Nagisa Driveway side and see the sandy driveway. A charging stand with wireless LAN function is also installed.

Kita family as the village of the Kaga clan

The Kita family, the chief executive of the Ten Village, who supported Kaga Hyakumangoku in the shadows and had ruled over 200 villages. The Thatched Ten Village Hall is a symbol of that. It is preserved as it was about 400 years ago, and has a site with an area of approximately 429 000 square meters, as well as special entrances and parlors when visited by the lord.
