Nishida Museum of Art

The permanent exhibition will reveal ceramics from the 30th century BC to the 16th century after various countries with diplomatic relations on the Silk Road, paintings by Hungarian modern writers, rare in Japan, Russian icons depicting Russian Orthodox gods, and paintings by modern and contemporary Japanese writers. In the planned exhibition, modern and contemporary writers and young writers are widely introduced, and in the special exhibition, they are used as a place for presenting local works. There is a rest space in the hall where you can overlook Tateyama Rangong, and you can see Tateyama Rangong, which shows various expressions depending on the season.

Eye Yamateyama Temple

The famous temple of the Sōtō sect of Jiande 1st year (1370-73). It is reported that Tateyama Gontoshi became the figure of a kikori and led the master of Otozen to promote the construction of the temple. Although it flourished as a great street hall, Daegagi was burned by a second-degree fire. The present-day Dou was rebuilt in 1979. The figure of the Zen master remains as a wooden statue (the prefectural cultural property), and the carpenters who made the great fairy tales are enshrined as 18 Shinto priests. The zazen stone that the Zen master Tokikori sat on the other side still remains in the forest in the southeast. Tsugayuki on the mountain road is a natural monument in the prefecture.

Daiwayama Nisshi-ji Temple

In the second year of Kamikame (725), Omotoyama of the Shingon-eseun sect where Gyoki is said to have opened. The main temple is designated as an important cultural treasure of the country with the statue of King Fudō Fudō, carved on the wall of a large rock. It is a huge body of about 3.5m in height and 7.5m in width. In addition, Rōpōndaki (Rōpōndaki), which flows down from the six dragon heads, is also a place for the Kanshū, and is said to cut off the Rōpō-Nemoto-Kōgaku of all sōnen. Fujimizu [Fujimizu] in Oiwa [Oiwa], which springs up on the right side of Rokuhondaki. Shimizu is a brilliant spirit of eye disease healing. In addition, the triple tower and the mountain gate have become important cultural treasures of the town.

Valley of the Holes

Ananoya, a place related to the Hiroho Daishi, has long been a sacred place as a place of training for the students. At present, visitors from all over the country are visiting for the spirit water, which is said to be effective against all diseases. The valley of the hole consists of three caves made of sandstone and slate rock, and the sacred water of the valley of the hole springs from the right hand of the first cave, which was celebrated by Yakushi. It is also one of the top 100 finalists for the Environment Agency.

Arifeng Forest Culture Park

The natural forest facing Lake Arimine has a lot of beech and water oak, which is suitable for natural observation of plants and animals. For walks in the forest, five promenades overlooking Mount Yakushi and Lake Arimine have been set up as park facilities, and Arimine forest cultural activities such as walks and storytelling schemes are held. There is the Arimine Visitor Center, which introduces and guides you to nature and history, and it provides tours of the colony, including the strange branch of the "Agariko", a proof that Arimine Bito once lived in. After taking a walk and other activities, you can get tired at the Arimine Memorial Hall, which is equipped with a restaurant and a tea, and the Arimine House, which is a mountain hut style where you can stay.

Lake Arimine

A huge artificial lake formed by being dammed by the Arimine Dam, a gravity-type concrete dam, at an elevation of 1100m on the upper Wada River, a tributary of the Changanji River. The area centered on the lake is designated as the Arimine Prefectural Natural Park, and you can enjoy the rich nature of the dam lake and the surrounding area while driving along the Arimine Forest Road (for a fee). Near the Arimine Dam, there is the Arimine Visitor Center, which guides you to the nature and history of Arimine, and you can enjoy camping and walking on the promenade.

Tateyama Mountain Foot Family Travel Village

A campsite surrounded by nature at the foot of Mt. Tateyama. There is an economy campsite, an auto campsite, and a cottage building in the area, where you can enjoy a variety of camping scenes. Let's forget the hectic daily life for a while and stretch your wings under the sky.

A workshop and gallery of handmade furniture. There is also a cafe. The furniture made painstakingly using Beni pine is 30,000 yen per dining chair, 3000 yen pen stand, etc. The coffee to taste in a comfortable handmade chair is 400 yen.

Taste Aya Oyama

It sells processed foods using local produce; 540 yen for 4 mouga sushi, 340 yen for kori rice cakes, 370 yen for Moroheiya udon noodles, 370 yen for carrot udon noodles; it also sells morning vegetables.

Tateyama Kogen Bus

Buses running about 23km between Bijodaira and Murodo, 50 minutes required, and an elevation difference of about 1500m are mostly environmentally friendly hybrids and clean diesel buses. A must see the giant tree, Sendong cedar, near Bijodaira. Between Mijohira and Midagahara, cedar-large trees continue on both sides of the road with continuous curves, and from a curve called Takimyodai, one of Japan's largest heads, Shomyodaki [Shomyodaki] can be seen flowing down the opposite bank. The view is open between Tengudaira and Murodo, so the Toyama Plain at the foot of the mountain can be seen on the other side of the mountain. Hikers are also seen in Tengudaira and Midagahara. If you are going to get off on the way at Tengudaira, Midagahara or Kobo (Seasonal Opening) in front of Murodo, you need to book the next bus flight to catch when you get off.
