Kanase Onsen Akagi

The products are all unadded foods made with no effort, and miso and salted koji Unmai are gaining in popularity. Amazake with only koji.

Miyagawa koji

It is a long-established company founded in the early Taisho era, and its home-made miso and miso pickles are popular. Selected miso 1kg 864 yen. There are 13 kinds of miso pickles, ranging from locally grown vegetables to wild plants such as bracken and Sandoo, with 432 yen each. The old-time flavors that do not use additives, such as the salt koji 540 yen, which was made with the proud pure white hegi koji, the herring koji 756 yen, and the amazake 270 yen, are also well received.

Kirinyama Sake Brewery

A famous brewery named after Meiho and Kirinyama. The representative stock is Kirinyama Traditional Dry, commonly known as Denshin 1.8 liters 2002 yen. The limited local sake, Hadappa's incense, which was jointly developed by this Kirinyama Sake Brewery and Aga-cho liquor store, is sold only at eight liquor stores in the town.
