九十九里の浜辺に隣接する乗馬クラブ。初心者～上級者まで幅広いメニューが揃う。基本を学ぶ馬場内レッスンは30分11000円。野外騎乗は、乗馬の基本技術を30分ほど学んだ後に海岸外乗に出る初心者向けのコース60分11000円、中・上級者向けのアップダウンコース60～120分11000～21000円などがある。各料金は保険料込み。

全て手づくりでグラスウェアを作るファクトリー。1400度で水飴のように熔けたガラスを職人が形作っていく様子の見学や制作体験も行っている。ファクトリーショップではオリジナリティあふれる4000種にのぼる製品を一同に見ることができる。ガラスの器でフードやドリンクを楽しめるカフェも併設。

九十九里浜に程近い1000坪の敷地にハウスが並び、章姫、紅ほっぺ、とちおとめ、さちのか、やよい姫、もういっこ、恋みのり、チーバベリー、おいCベリー、あまえくぼ、あかねっこを栽培している。真心こめて育てられた大地の恵みを楽しもう。ナビには住所を入力。駅からの送迎あり、成東駅に着いたら連絡を。

初心者でもオリジナルのガラス作品がつくれる体験工房(小学生以上)。約1200度の溶解ガラスをヘラで伸ばし、皿や小鉢などを作るのばしコース2750円と、宙[ちゅう]吹きという工法で一輪挿しやグラスを作る吹きコース3850円～がある。所要は3～10分。完成品はおよそ3時間後に受け取るか、1点梱包代220円＋送料で郵送してもらう。

約9917平方mの広大な敷地内で約200種類のハーブを栽培。隣接するレストランでは、とれたてのハーブを使った料理やケーキ、ハーブティーを堪能できる。
