Jozen Temple Street Jazz Festival

The performance will be played on multiple street corners in central Sendai, with a wide range of genres including jazz, rock and world music, and the performers will not draw a line of professional, amateur or age. This will be the 33rd time in 2024.

The 23rd Yosakoi Tsugaru

Nido Festival

The largest floats festival in the northern part of Iwate Prefecture, held in the Fukuoka area of Ninohe City. The Sansha festival of Noka Inari Shrine, Atago Shrine, and Akiba Shrine. The appearance of eight gorgeous floats milling around the city area with a claggered voice, with the god-koshi at the head, is a wind poem that gives Nichoto a sense of autumn's visit. At the Norika Inari Shrine, which used to be the prayer office of the Morioka Domain, there is an unusual shape hex-kami-kami-kami, which is said to have been visited by the 34th feudal lord, Toshio Nambu, in 1763. Various events are held from the end of the Tokugawa period to the Meiji era, including a procession of the historical picture scroll "Mutsu no Tsuku" depicting the life of people.

Misawa Air Base Festival

There are exhibitions of Japanese and US aircraft, and fans from all over the country are visiting. There are also stores opened by US military bases, and you can also enjoy rare American goods and food.

Sunset Platform Concert

An outdoor concert performed once a year on the train departing and arriving platforms at JR Yosan Line Shimotada Station to coincide with the time of day. An amateur musician plays a song on the theme of "sunset" for about two hours. Shimotada Station is located close to the coast and is well known for being featured in the media. The entrance time of the day is around 18:30, and the sightseeing train "Iyonada Monogaritari" arrives during the time of the concert. * On the day, a sunset platform concert will be distributed on YouTube. Gujo Odori

The "Gungami Odori", which has been designated as a national important intangible folk cultural property, has a history of more than 400 years, and is said to be Japan's three largest Bon Odori alongside Awa Odori and Nishimen Onuchi Bon Odori. It is usually held from mid-July to early September for about 30 nights, and the most exciting night dance continues to dance overnight until dawn for four days from August 13 to 16.

Sagara Maritime Fireworks

RIDE ON MAKINOHARA ~ Machi Makinohara riding a dream ~ Let's ride a good wave (1173). There are about 1173 fireworks, mainly an underwater star mine unique to a swimming beach. Evening of Traditional Culture 37th Nagaragawa Firewood Noh

Seiryu Nagara River and Jinhua Mountain, a lit-up Gifu Castle. Against the backdrop of a fantastic location, a Noh stage by leading Noh artists is played on a special stage created on the riverside. The stage illuminated by the flames received from the bonfire of Ukai is exactly the world of Yugen. Opening at 17, opening at 18. Suwa Shrine Festival

The regular festival of Suwa Shrine and Yawata Shrine; the evening festival on the first night, kabuki and lion kyogen known as "geizarai" are performed in the precincts of Hachiman Shrine; and Mikoshi and kagura are worked around the town.
