1267 Lake Ashi Summer Festival Week

July 31 (Wed)-August 5 (Mon) Lake Festival, August 1 (Thu) Hakone Shrine Ojinza 1267 Grand Festival, 2nd (Fri) Ojinko Festival, 3rd (Sat) Komagata Shrine Regular Festival, 4th (Sun) kojiri Ryujin Festival is held on Monday, 5th. A fireworks display is scheduled to be held on the night of Wednesday, July 31 to Monday, August 5.

Numata Festival

A grand festival of civic participation, which includes a commercial and industrial festival, to the Gion Festival of the Suga Shrine, originating from the Edo period. It has been called "Ogin" since ancient times. There are events such as Suga Shrine, Haruna Shrine, Mikoshi no Watari, Yumi Goraiwa's mountain car [Mando] tow, Tengu Mikoshi carried by women alone, and the town of Mikoshi, child Mikoshi, and Sennin Odori (sway dance) in each town.

Black Stone Neputa Festival

Each year, the festival is held until August 5 with the opening of the Neputa Festival in the prefecture on July 30. In recent years, the number of Neputa has been reduced to within 40 units, but there are both doll Neputa and fan Neputa. Joint service will be held on July 30 and August 2. Free service on days other than joint service (there is also joint service in each district).

The 55th Sendai Tanabata Fireworks Festival

The Sendai Tanabata Fireworks Festival, which will be the 55th in 2024, will be held under the theme of "Smile." About 500,000 people visit each year as a fireworks display to be launched in the center of an unusual city nationwide.

The 61st Amami Festival

Hakodate Port Festival

Hakodate's largest event, ''Hakodate Port Festival,'' which began in 1935, is the ''Michishin Fireworks Festival'' where exciting and brilliant fireworks are launched from Hakodate Port, the "Wasshoi Hashodate", where citizens mingling through the city while dancing "Hakodate Port Odori" and "Hakodate Ika Odori", among others, is performed, and the whole city is buzzing. The 34th Satsuma Kuroshio "Kibara Sea" Makurazaki Port Festival Fireworks Festival

The Satsuma Kuroshio Kibaran Sea "Makurazaki Port Festival" is the largest summer festival in Minamisat, which was started from August 1951 in the hope of sailing safety and great fishing, the abundance of five grains, the prosperity of commerce, and the promotion of local industry. The fireworks display, which will be launched by 10,000 rounds, is a masterpiece and draws many tourists from inside and outside the prefecture to watch Kyushu's largest three-shakutama fireworks, which will be gracing the finale. Other events unique to Makurazaki, such as a fleet parade, a total dance, and a great fishing mikoshi, will be held.

The 47th Fire Country Festival

The Fire Country Festival is a rich local festival that colors the summer of Kumamoto. The main event, "Omoteyan Soodori", is about 50 groups and a total of 5000 dancers, who dance around the central city area in contrived costumes. The Omoteyan total dance of 2024 is scheduled to start at 19 o'clock on Saturday, August 3. 45th Kirishima International Music Festival 2024

Many prominent performers have gathered in Kagoshima, marking the 45th festival of music that has been held over two weeks. You can enjoy super-luxury programs by top artists, including music director Tsuyoshi Tsutsumi. The 53rd Water Festival Kurume Festival

With the main street in Kurume, Meiji-dori, as a festival square, marching bands, children's gods, parades of elaborate groups, dances and Yosakoi will be performed. There will also be a power street, a drum performance of a nearby drum team, and an abacus total dance of 10,000 people.
