A festival that begins in the middle of the Edo period in connection with the death of a sex-sky man. "Nagasaki Shishi Mai", in which a three-headed lion wearing a lion's head dances while beating a drum worn on its belly, is a folk performing art of Toshima-ku that is handed down from the year of Genroku. The "Ryugami Gorge River Nobori Festival" is held on this bridge with a panoramic view of the four seasons. The appearance of about 1000 streamers swimming in the sky is a masterpiece. Make a magnificent landscape against the backdrop of exciting fresh green mountains. During the period, various events such as workshops are scheduled to be held, and on Children's Day, there is a free service for junior high school students and below.

Rural kabuki, a tradition that continues from the Edo period; the actors and the back side are all handled by the villagers; and the acts are played out on the thatched stage.

Poppy flowers grown jointly by flower volunteers and local residents bloom in a flower field of about 20,000 square meters spread over the Edogawa riverbed. At the venue, there are plenty of events for families to enjoy, such as Fureai Zoo, Paper Play, Rainfall Experience Cars, Stage Directions (POPS, Kids Dance, Wadaiko, Fire Music Corps, Traditional Performing Arts), Kitchen Cars, and various mock shops. The entrance to the Edogawa Matsudo Flower Line opens at the time of the year (late April to early June).
