Multi-festival, raising horse ritual

Nagasawa streamer festival

The appearance of over 400 streamers swimming is spectacular. In the rice fields, both adults and children become muddy, such as grasping carp and canoe competition. The streamer can be seen (planned) until Saturday, May 11. And at the closing ceremony, a popular big draw is held every year (lottery ticket required purchase).

Public Time Festival

The festival of the forest of Jinshō, which wishes for the health of children, the safety of the cottage; the event is scheduled for holding of the Yude no Shishi Mai, children's sumo, children's bayashi, and mountain climbing races; and there are also gold-toiki rice cakes and Kintaro candy souvenirs.

Japanese Children's Kabuki Festival in Komatsu

Started in 1999 to send "Kabuki town Komatsu" nationwide. From the 21st, the name was changed to "Nippon Children's Kabuki Festival in Komatsu", and the content of the performance was partially renewed. In 2024, in addition to the "Kansendan" of the 18th Kabuki No. 18 of the Komatsu City Children's Kabuki "Kansenden" Executive Committee, the Higashiano Kabuki Nakatsugawa Preservation Society in Gifu Prefecture established the "Gosho Sakuraborikawa Yomon Benkei Benkei's place". Kiyomasa Grand Festival

A festival related to Kiyomasa Kato. Only on both days, a kachimori with leaf irises is awarded. An amulet with the meaning of "win the game" for all, so as to be overcome by anguish and blessed with good luck by the luckier Kiyomasa. On both days, a prayer for the development and fulfillment of children is held from 11 o'clock.

The 41st Great Bonsai Festival

Omiya Bonsai Village, a favorite of lovers, has six houses, including the popular Ayaka Bonsai Seika Garden, Ezomatsu no Tin Seen Garden, Zoki no Fuyo Garden, and the commoner Fujiki Garden. Every year, there are special exhibitions of specialty collections, citizen bonsai exhibitions, and large bonsai festivals such as bonsai and bonsai sale events where about 120 stores open.

Shinjo Cadaki Festival

It is held as one of the "Shinjo Spring Festival" held from the end of April. Mogami Park is a famous spot for flower viewing, where about 300 trees of Somei cherry trees and weeping cherry trees bloom in the spring. From the bridge on the approach to Tozawa Shrine in the park, you can enjoy the cherry blossoms reflected on the surface of the water, and the night is lit. The Kadoyaki Festival is a spring-style poem of Shinjo, where you can enjoy plenty of seasonal Kadozu (herring). Large kado grilled on charcoal is full of fat and good to eat. The 36th Bishomon Festival-National Crying Sumo Tournament

The national weeping sumo tournament will be held as the spring place of the 12th power ceremony [Junibansu Mousashiki], which has been held on September 19 every year since about 300 years ago as a special ritual of Sankano Shrine.
