A flower event that becomes the spring wind poem of the city of Fukaya. "Fuji-dori", where a wisteria shelf continues on both sides of the street, is used as a venue for marching bands, such as parades, flow dances, Japanese drums, kids dance, Yosakoi Soran, Awa dance, as well as a white motorcycle exhibition, Crayon Shin-chan wrapping bus exhibition, brass band, and magic. In addition, the roadside is bustling even at the opening of a store, a spring festival where you can watch, eat, buy and enjoy.

A match between judo, Kyudo and Kendo is dedicated. More than 1,000 years ago, Karasakayama Shrine enshrines the legend of extermination of the mukare and Hidego Fujiwara, who destroyed the Hiramado due to the Tenkei Rebellion, and since the shrine was founded on the Honmaru site of Karasawa Yamashiro in 1883. It is revered as the patron deity of this region.

The flower festival is one of the three Ujiko festivals held on the fourth Sunday of April, when the cherry blossoms in the precincts are in full bloom. When Ujiko, who was in trouble with crop failures, prayed to the shrine, the festival began in the year of Yasunaga 7 (1778) in appreciation of this, as the climate was restored and the plantings were improved. The Kamikondo is performed from 11 to 19 o'clock (Kamikondo is three times a year).

The day procession is a period procession reminiscent of Heian Emaki. At night, the brave big, small and medium-sized Shinkoshi milled around the town and back, and at the end, the festival climaxes with a dash towards the main shrine as the taiko and the drums are thrashed in the precinct.

The “New Fireworks Collection”, where young fireworks from all over the country, who are responsible for the next generation, compete, and the “Fireworks of Japan in the World”, which raises fireworks with a rich international color.
