Fuji Kawaguchiko Sakura Festival

You can enjoy cherry blossoms and turf cherry blossoms mainly on the walking trail along the lakeside. As many as 200 Yoshino cherry trees bloom in about 1km. * The 2025 event may be rescheduled.

Daishoji Cherry Blossom Festival

It's Hanami! in Noto Sakura Station

It began when local residents planted Yoshino cherry trees on the side of the platform to commemorate the opening of the National Railways in 1932. Currently, about 110 trees bloom in the form of a tunnel, which is called "Noto Sakura Station". During the time of Hanami, local cherry blossom preservation parties hold events at street stalls and mini-stages.

Takaoka Cherry Blossom Festival

At Takaoka Kojo Park, which has been designated as a "100 National Sakura Famous Places", there are about 1800 cherry blossoms in bloom of 18 species, including Koshinohigan-zakura, Somei-yōshino, and Oshima-zakura. About 300 pieces, such as large standing bonbori and hanging bonbori, are attached to the park, and you can enjoy flower viewing during the cherry blossom festival. Muramatsu Park Cherry Blossom Festival

About 3000 cherry blossoms, mainly from Yoshino Yoshino, are in full bloom, and the garden is wrapped in a full color of cherry blossoms. Cherry blossom festival is held from late March to mid-April. The 100th Takada Castle Ruins Park Cherry Blossom Party

The Takada Castle Ruins Park is one of the most famous places to see flowers in Japan, and as the name of the "Takada Castle Ruins Park Kanzakurakukai", many visitors from inside and outside the prefecture visit each year. About 4000 Yoshino cherry trees, including the area around the park, are in full bloom, and the cherry blossoms illuminated by the restored Takada Castle Mie Station and about 3000 bonbori are reflected on the surface of the water. Lake Sakura Festival

During the time of the Ilmillion event, the cherry blossoms will be lit up at night, and you can enjoy 6 million balls of illumination and a fantastic competition of the cherry blossoms at night.

Daisuke Kawasaki tea ceremony

The tea ceremony will be held at the tea ceremony, Raishenke Senshōmune Iamoto, and the Kawasaki Daishigo ceremony will be held. In Gozen-mae, the tea by Iemoto's Ozen is offered to Gohon-son while Ootsuma is served by the master of Kawasaki Taishohira-ji, who is served by the master of Kōshou. On the day, tea parties are held at various places of the precincts.

Sumitsumi Sakura Festival

The area along the Sumida River became one of the best cherry blossom spots in Edo, as Yatsushiro Shogun Tokugawa Yoshimune planted cherry blossoms on both banks of the Sumida River. In particular, the Sakura Tunnel, which stretches about 1km from Agatsubashi to Sakurabashi, is filled with many flower visitors in the past and now. At night, you can enjoy the light up of the Tokyo Sky Tree (R) with the lit-up cherry blossoms. There are also mock shops of the local town association and a geiko chaya of the Mukoshima Sumitsutsu union, as well as sales of local Nami confectionery. Houseboats looking at cherry blossoms from the water are also popular. At the adjacent Sumida Park Soyokaze Hiroba, "Spring's Soyokaze Connected Fest" by local operators and others is also held at the time of the cherry blossoms.
