Made with pure water and high-quality rice, Yamaguchi’s local sakes have attracted attention from across Japan in recent years. Sakes made with Yamaguchi Prefecture’s original sake rice “Saito no Shizuku” carry a special mark. Even though they are made from the same rice, sakes from different breweries have different flavors. These local sakes, made with Yamaguchi Prefecture ingredients, are perfect souvenirs.
