山口外郎

Yamaguchi's uiro is a confectionery whose main ingredient is warabi flour (made from the rhizome of bracken，a kind of large fern)。This is kne后果with azuki bean paste，wheat flour，sugar，and other ingredients and then steamed.It is characterized by a unique texture that is springy and soft with an elegant and deep flavor.
Uiro are popular as the traditional confectionary of Yamaguchi.
