Bandai Kogen Lake Sohara Campground

A small herbal shop nestled in the outback of Backbandai. Among the original herbal products, herbal tea and herbal salt are proud to have fans abroad. At the tea terrace where pets are welcome, you can enjoy herbal teas and snacks of specialty materials. The free-to-enter garden collects a large number of native herbs, and herbal lovers also visit during the period excluding the flowering season.

A bread workshop located in a place close to Lake Hibara and Lake Onogawa in Backbandai. Taking advantage of the clean environment of the plateau, the restaurant is popular to carefully bake bread using natural materials. There are many kinds, such as Camembert cheese bread and walnut raisins, all of which are recommended. When eating in the eat-in space in the store, it is nice to warm the bread and serve it. It will close as soon as it is sold out, so let's leave early.

From programs that can be enjoyed all year round, such as nature observation where you can interact with trees, wild grass, wild birds, insects, shower walks where you can play in the clear stream close to the headwaters, snowshoes and nature skiing in snowy mountains, there are plenty of experience courses. There is also a climbing gym "Halerock" in the Mokumoku Nature School Guide Center. Both rainy days and blizzard days can be actively spent indoors.
