Buddha Lanxiya

A hideaway-like old private house cafe nestled on a sake brewery street in Saijo, Higashihiroshima. Chiffon cakes baked in one mold are very popular for their fluffy texture. I want to enjoy it with a set of self-roasted coffee with the owner's specialty, with a refreshing taste with little bitterness.

The shop where pasta can be eaten, in the interior, the exterior, the counter, the bench and the paintings in the store, all in the owner's handmade Jamaican-style space. "IRIE" in the store name is Jamaican, meaning happy, fun, best. Fresh vegetables made with organic reduced pesticide, purchased directly from local farmers (complete with weekly recommended salads for lunch and dinner).
