Introduction

The city of Hita, known for its land of Sanshi Shuimei, is home to the "Ichiko Hita Distillery", which makes use of the water and air brought by nature's blessings to produce raw sake.
A manufacturing site is set up in the vast nature, so you can enjoy a walk, and you can also tour the storage area that is aged in oak barrels and horotank, such as "all koji-making" that can be made only with barley koji for primary and secondary preparation.
In the tasting shop, you can also sample and purchase staples, as well as exclusive liquors that can only be found here.
In the autumn, the hardwood trees on the site are stained red and orange, and you can see the beauty of the deepening autumn.
