
“3km 1.3 million lights” KEYAKI Light Parade
With a total length of 3km, Japan's number one illuminated street has evolved even further! (*1)
The Keyaki Light Parade decorates the Keyaki Avenue with 1.3 million lights over a distance of 3km from JR Wakayama Station to Wakayama Castle and Nankai Wakayama City Station. (2025 results)
The sidewalks are filled with people's smiles, creating a scene where everyone seems to be the star of the parade, walking in the light.
Continuing to scale up every year, it is growing as a new cultural symbol that Wakayama proudly presents to the nation.
It is held annually from mid-November to February.
