A long-established Japanese confectionery store that has been in business for more than 100 years. We use plenty of chestnuts from Yaotsu for confectionery. The taste is double round, as well as the chestnut buns and Toyoguri, which are eye-catching with the size of the impact. The product is a lineup that is irresistible for chestnut lovers, such as chestnut kinton, which is prepared up to 6 to 30 pieces, and pure chestnut mushiyokan, which is made by kneading raw chestnuts and laying large chestnuts on the surface.

Founding Meiji 5 (1872), a long-established confectionery store that has kept the taste of tradition for 150 years since its inception. The original dish of Mino's Kurikinton, which is made by adding a small amount of sugar to a chestnut in the vicinity of Yaotsu, is excellent. Strawberry daifuku, grass cakes, chestnut yokan, etc. are also available.

Founded in 1954. Located in Yaotsu Town, Gifu Prefecture, we manufacture the local specialty "Yaotsu Senbei." These simple-flavored rice crackers are made from a dough primarily consisting of wheat flour, sugar, and eggs, baked between two iron plates, with about a dozen manufacturers in the town. Among them, Hinomaru Seika does not use chemical seasonings or artificial sweeteners, focusing on creating safe and reliable products that enhance the natural flavors of the ingredients. We have a direct sales store in front of the factory, offering reasonably priced products such as the "Plate Senbei Series," which features classic senbei arranged on a plate-shaped cracker for 150 yen per bag. Additionally, factory tours can be arranged with prior reservation.
