Recommended dishes include the watermill soba set with zaru soba, kake soba, and multigrain rice for 1400 yen, and the forest soba set with grilled stream fish and a small dish for 2050 yen. Grilled yamame trout over an irori starts at 530 yen, and dengaku mochi starts at 200 yen.

There are 10 percent soba noodles from Iwate Prefecture, which are used to use only water without using a connection, and a shop where you can eat more than 30 kinds of soft and ice all year round. There is also a direct supply next door where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits.

It has a reputation for a set diet using local fresh materials. The flavor of Egoma Hittsumi set meal, which is rich in flavor of Egoma, is popular for its smooth texture.
