The recommended dish is "Ikki Soba," topped with tempura of yomogi grass rice cake. The yomogi grass rice cake is a local specialty made from Kagura mochi produced in Torigoe and yomogi picked from nearby mountains, offering a rustic flavor of the countryside. One bite spreads the aroma of yomogi in your mouth. While only yomogi grass rice cakes can be taken home, they are made only for morning sales, so they may sell out by the morning. The menu features a variety of local ingredients, including "Inaka Mori," which comes with tempura, and "Chosuke Gozen," where you can enjoy the local gourmet "Hakusan Hyakuzan."

In an atmospheric interior with a single slab of zelkova wood table, you can enjoy dishes made with mountain delicacies such as iwana (char), ayu (sweetfish), and wild vegetables. In the soba workshop, you can experience making soba under the guidance of registered soba artisans from the Mitsuyano area and taste the soba you made. For souvenirs, you can find buckwheat and vegetables harvested from the foot of Hakusan, as well as soba, pickles, and dried sweet potatoes processed at this facility.
