フランス菓子 ドゥ・ミール

日本最大級の暖炉で調理した料理が味わえるレストラン。近隣の契約農家から仕入れる武川米など、厳選した食材も自慢だ。薪でじっくりローストした和牛や富士桜ポーク、八ケ岳サーモンなどは格別の味わい。ランチコース3500円～、ディナーコース3700円～。暖炉の炎を眺めながらゆったり楽しめる。

Founded in 1971 as Kiyosato's first coffee shop. The specialty is curry, which has been carefully stewed over a long period of time. The ROCK-only curry that can only be tasted here is a roux with a rich body of beef fibers dissolved in it. There is a craft brewery "Yatsugatake Beer" in the basement, where you can enjoy a meal with a specialty beer. It features the clear water of Yatsugatake and a refreshing throat-over made from selected materials.

地元農家から取り寄せたそば粉を使い、その日に使う分のみを手打ちにするそば処。昭和初期からの伝統を守り続けている。おすすめは冷たいそば。地元産の長イモで食べるざるとろろ950円や、天ぷら・そば・とろろ・ごはんがセットになったそば定食1850円が人気だ。
