The "Oushukuzan," inspired by the box meals once used for apprentices in Kyoto's merchant houses, features a two-tiered box meal with eight seasonal delicacies on the upper tier and beautifully arranged seasonal simmered dishes in the pull-out lower tier, accompanied by mustard tofu, sashimi, grilled dishes, and soup.
