Founded in the 8th year of Meiji (1875). The oldest long-established restaurant in Tsu. Grilled eel is finished with a secret sauce that has been used since the establishment. The interior, fully renovated in April of the 6th year of Reiwa (2024), offers a kids' room for families and a VIP room with an aquarium, both available for free. With a female owner, the atmosphere and service are easy to use for both solo women and families.

A folk-style café restaurant utilizing the old wood of a wooden inn over 100 years old, offering a comfortable modern atmosphere that blends Japanese and Western styles. The menu focuses on local ingredients, with the most popular being the Matsusaka beef hamburger set with plenty of demi-glace sauce for 1,600 yen, the Tamaki pork tonkatsu set for 1,500 yen, and the Ise lobster fry set for 3,600 yen, all well-received. Coffee is 500 yen.
