A restaurant that offers an extraordinary world created by collecting traditional performing arts, food, and arts and crafts that have been handed down since ancient times. There is a Japanese-style setting in the center of the store, where performing arts such as Noh, Kyogen, and Japanese dance are played every day, and Japan's leading schools appear on a daily basis, so that visitors do not get bored. The menu includes sushi from the oldest existing Edomae sushi restaurant, "Sushi Sakae", as well as tea from the long-established Kyoto tea shop "Fukusouen", and the sweet taste of Kyoto confectionery "Laomatsu" and "Kame Suehiro". Drinks are selected by actor Takuro Tatsumi, also known as a foodie and wine enthusiast. We will prepare a selection of products such as pure domestic wine, sake, and whiskey.
