Bouquet

A sister shop cafe of "BEAVER BREAD", a bakery in the town where chef Kenichi Kaida, who has also been elected to the world bread competition, will work. The store is finished in a calm space with a well-balanced arrangement of gray pink and beige, mainly vintage and antique furniture purchased in France.

Hama House

A book cafe in Nihonbahahama-cho. The whole glass-walled space is one step away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. A wide variety of titles such as dishes, picture books, chemistry for art, and botanical books for astronomy are lined up on the white wall shelves inside the store. As for the food, a healthy deli plate is recommended, which can change the content for a limited time and taste the season. After the meal, enjoy the original blended coffee, which is carefully extracted by hand drip. We also accept credit charges.

PASSAGE COFFEE NIHOMBASHI

Opened in November 2022 in the Nihonbashi area. A café that can be used by non-guests in the hotel lounge. In a stylish space that incorporates Japanese elements such as tatami mats, you can taste specialty coffee where baristas brew. The owner has a history of being a champion at the "Air Press" world competition, and he is also particular about bean selection, roasting and homemade baked goods.

Honey Supp 820

A cafe of the honey brand "HONEY MARU" is located a 2-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Ningyocho Station exit A5. Sweets and drinks using honey like a honey specialty store are offered. The interior of the store is an impressive space with yellow color, 2.5 floors and an interesting structure. In goods sales on the first floor, you can buy bottles and stick-type honey.

Parlors

A cafe in the town of Nipponbashi Yokoyama, which is handled by a coffee roaster from New Zealand. Like a select shop, we have a variety of good shops. The upper floors are "MIDORI. A chocolate and ice cream store was teamed up by Japanese top-class chocolatier Shōhei Suna and chef patissier Keisuke Oyama of popular store "ease". Tiny Toria Afternoon tea & Cafe

A British-style tea room at Amazake Street in Ningrocho, serving a limited-time seasonal afternoon tea and carrot cakes, as well as British classics such as banana bread, and a wide variety of teas.

JURI'S TEA ROOMS

"Juri's" was opened in 2003 in the UK by owner Juri Miyawaki. The cafe moved to Tokyo in 2017. It is familiar as a place where you can taste the traditional English style without being in Japan. It is popular when you can enjoy full-fledged afternoon tea.

Tea Streamer

"STREAMER COFFEE COMPANY" The first coffee shop form, which inherited the long-established coffee shop established as a roasting house in 1973. In addition to the specialty hand-drip coffee, it also offers a menu like a coffee shop, including Neapolitan and egg sand.

Nest of tea bait

A coffee shop located a short distance from the bustle of Ningyamachi Station. The inside of the shop is mint blue on the walls, and it feels as if you have entered the world of dreams. The most popular of the shop is "Happy Mint Parfait". Selected books are arranged in a small space in the store, and they are also sold.
