フルール・ドゥ・ソレイユ

のどかな山村の集落にある、知る人ぞ知る隠れ家的な農家レストラン。古い蔵を改修したモダンな店内で、自家栽培のこだわり野菜と果実をふんだんに使った体に優しいフレンチが味わえる。それぞれの野菜の食感や旨みを最大限に引き出した料理は、思わず唸る逸品。メニューはコースのみで全予約制。ランチは2200円~、ディナーは4000円~。

赤湯ラーメン龍上海

赤湯温泉街の名物ラーメン店。人気は辛味噌ラーメン880円。とんこつ・煮干しのスープに、太めの自家製縮れ麺。ニンニクやごま油で練り上げた特製辛味噌を溶き、好みの辛さに調節して食べる。昼食時は行列するので注意を。

osteria EST!

自家菜園の野菜のほか、豆腐や玉子、米も地元産を使用するレストラン。窯焼きのピッツァは天然酵母と地元産の米粉を練り込み、もっちりとした食感だ。店内からは桜で有名な烏帽子山を眺めることもでき眺望抜群。グラスワイン453円~などアルコールメニューも豊富に揃う。

食楽亭 旭屋

米沢牛の老舗肉屋直営の食事処。ランチメニューではすき焼膳、しゃぶしゃぶ膳2420円~や、山形牛の石焼膳2310円などがおすすめ。2階には2~24名までの個室あり(予約は3日前まで)。

欧風レストラン 西洋葡萄

国道13号沿いにある、山形・置賜地方の食材を中心に、季節感あふれる料理が堪能できる欧風レストラン。ステーキなど米沢牛料理が人気で、ランチでは米沢牛ハンバーグコース1836円がおすすめ。ディナーは牛のイチボ(もも肉)を使った米沢牛イチボコースや米沢牛ヒレステーキコース7020円、米沢牛ハンバーグコース1980円、米沢牛ビーフシチューコース3300円(すべてオードブルやスープ、デザート付き)。夜は要予約。

Yu-kon-an Ajin Hireo

A restaurant in the city of Kamiyama. Soba soba, which is ground and thinly beaten with a stone mill, is 1,300 yen for shrimp, kishiten, and three dishes of vegetable heaven. It is also attractive that it has a good value of 1300 yen and 730 yen for Morisoba with a quantity of about 2 servings. Tendon, Chinese soba, and one of Yamagata's specialties, cold ramen 900 yen (summer only) are also available. The name of the store means "the place where the taste is fertilized to the end of the world."

Day-to-day konjac

It is attached to the Tanno Konjac Bancho (restaurant) in the city of Kamiyama, and has a reputation for its original konjac sweets. A women's drink set with "Konjac Pai Cake" with exquisite texture of grain konjac costs 950 yen. "This is also konjac da so" 500 yen and so on are also well received.

Coffee House

A cafe in the log house on the grounds of the Zao Mountain Farm Yamakawa Ranch. Pizza made from ranch milk and local ingredients, as well as rich soft ice cream are very popular. Fukinoto pizza (S size 1000 yen) that appears in April and May is delicious. For group customers of more than 30 people, you can enjoy the ranch experience 1500 yen and the butter making 500 yen that can be experienced by a small number of people. Plain yogurt (150 yen) and cream yogurt (250 yen) are well received for their salty taste.

Tanno Konjac Konjac Bancho

A shop where you can taste various dishes using konjac. There are 70 kinds of original dishes such as sashimi, buckwheat and jelly. It is unusual that not only the shape but also the taste is exactly the same. Kaiseki cooking course 1870-3520 yen. Private rooms (Konjac Kaiseki/Masuei [Masuei] 5500 yen) need to be reserved.

Zao Liza World Liza Restaurant

蔵王エコーライン標高1100mのレストラン。月山・朝日連峰等を見わたせる大パノラマは最高。パスタは1000円~、手作りピッツァ1150円~はチーズたっぷり、石釜で焼くのでアツアツを楽しめる。平日は、手作りピッツァ体験も受付中。
