Road Station Hagi-san-san-mami

A roadside station adjacent to the Sanin Motor Road Hagi/Misumi Road Akashi IC. There is a direct sale corner where local fresh mountain and seafood are available, and especially the fruits that have grown more delicious in the wake of the sea breeze are well received. In the restaurant "Sabashima Shokudo", "Hama no Mashan Cuisine", which uses fresh fish and local vegetables taken from the coast of Hagi, is reputed as exquisite. The location from inside the store is great, and it is nice to enjoy a meal while watching the view.

Green Proof Kiln

Taihuashan Matsuo algae-style kiln

Yuko Matsuo, who works on pottery Hagi ware and porcelain, both. Although the pottery method is completely different, Hagi-yaki is a graceful cherry blossom, porcelain is a kō-mari-style, and the gently warm pattern that they both invent themselves is eye-catching. Hagi City Nature and History Exhibition Hall

Daishoin

The Mohri family's bodhi-ji temple west of Hagi Station. The first lord of the Hagi clan, Hidetoshi Mori, and the even-numbered lord of the 2nd to 12th generation. Hagiao rei Bairin Garden

Umebayashi Garden located about 2km south of JR Hagi Station. Guangkoku Main Store

A long-established confectionery store founded in 1858. The summer tangerine maruncles, which are candied from the Hagi specialty, are 1296 yen each. The hard skin is shaved about 1mm with a canna, the contents are hollowed out, stewed with molasses, and all the work is done until the white yokan with summer orange extract is poured. The modest sweetness of the yokan and the bittersweetness of the skin enhance the taste. The products are simple but laborious, such as the sugared summer mandarin orange skin perfect for tea, Kaoru Hagino (in a bag) 540 yen ~ and summer mandarin marmalade 1 can 918 yen.

Changshuya Kōkoku

The best orange marmalade 600 yen ~ which is made of painstakingly hand-made natsu mandarin pickled round 972 yen, hand-loosened pulp and skin cooked, is popular. The original flat flower is 500 yen, which is made by crushing the removed skin into a chrysanthemum type.

Kako no Kihagi Museum

A number of Japanese and Western sweets are sold at one of the Kōko-no-ki stores in Yamaguchi Prefecture, which has 34 stores in Yamaguchi Prefecture, including "Tsuki de Hiroita Egg", which is 200 yen. 200 yen is recommended for "Natsumikan no Fuwari Busse", a Western-style confectionery made by mixing fresh and refreshing taste and fragrant summer oranges with rich butter-flavored cream. Miyoshino Soy Sauce Co., Ltd.

A long-established company founded in the year of Meiji 43 (1910), the white-walled Soy Sauce Kura was awarded the Hagi Scenic Prize in 2006 (2006) and has been designated as a landscape important building in Hagi City. "Hagi no Soy Sauce" Gin 350 milliliters 430 yen with a unique umami.
