越前水仙の里公園内にある。地域の近現代の風景を再現したり、風土の変化や歴史をビジュアルに展示している。

越前水仙の里公園内のほぼ中央にある。ここでは四季を問わず一年中水仙が咲き、ドーム横のギャラリーでは、水仙にちなんだ絵画や掛け軸などの美術品が鑑賞できる。ミュージアムコーナーでは、水仙の歴史やルーツについてわかりやすく展示、解説。また、10～3月まで水仙の原種を観賞することができる。

越前水仙の発祥の地であり、群生地として名高い旧越廼村に造られた公園で、可憐に咲く水仙の花を一年中楽しめる「水仙ドーム」と、旧越廼村の歴史・文化について学べる「越廼ふるさと資料館」の2つの施設がある。

The hot spring is an alkaline simple hot spring, and it is said that it is mainly effective for fatigue recovery, neuralgia, coldness, etc. The hall is equipped with a large bath and an open-air bath for both men and women. Among them, the open-air bath with fossil motifs is full of openness. You can take a bath slowly while watching the mountains.

Located in the Okuetsu Kogen Prefectural Natural Park, a campsite on the banks of the Kudo Dragon River. The site is located in a grove of trees, so it is comfortable in summer. You can also enjoy fossil excavation, barbecue empty-handed, and play in the water with the babbling that flows through the area.

There is a production store, Fureai Kaikan, centered on the log house-style station building at JR Kubuchi Ryōko Station. At the production product direct sale shop where dinosaur models are greeted, they sell locally grown vegetables from 100 yen to 650 yen to Kubuchi Ryu Maitake from 450 yen to Maitake lunch. Fureai Kōkan sells souvenirs and handmade woodwork and handicrafts from Fukui Prefecture. It is also close to the local museum and the whistle museum as a three-minute walk, and is used by many people as a resting place on the way to drive.

A dam for power generation built on the upper reaches of the Kuopu Longriver. It was completed over three years in 1968. With a height of 128m and a length of 355m, it is one of the largest in Japan as a rock-fill type built by stacking rocks. The completion of this dam was located upstream at Kubuchong Lake with an area of 8.9 square km. The Hakogase Bridge, a suspension bridge that is said to have been built as a test case of the Seto Ohashi Bridge, blends into the surrounding nature. Route 158 running along the lake shore is a good driving course. In particular, the season of cherry blossoms, fresh green and autumn leaves is beautiful, and the view from the dream is superb.

地元に残る、青葉の笛の伝説にちなんだ笛の資料館。平治元年(1159)の平治の乱で敗れた源義平がこの土地にかくまわれ、村長の一人娘のおみつと恋に落ちるが、再起をかけて京に向かうことに。義平は、おみつと生まれてくる子供に形見として「青葉の笛」を残していったという。館内には、その青葉の笛のレプリカや縄文時代の土笛など数多くの笛のコレクションを展示。笛作り教室(料金：3000円、所要：2時間、要予約)も開催している。

大野市で発見された古生代の三葉虫、サンゴ、ウミユリ、中生代のアンモナイト、貝類、植物、恐竜などの化石を展示し、地質・化石の魅力や最新の研究成果について紹介している。化石のほかに、和泉地区の後野遺跡や小谷堂遺跡出土の縄文土器、大野郡の主要な鉱山であった面谷鉱山の紹介、大野市の植物標本や全国の代表的な鉱石、九頭竜万本さくらに関連する資料も展示している。

ソメイヨシノ、ヤエザクラなどを湖畔に植栽。開花時期には湖の青と山の新緑、桜のピンクのコントラストが美しい。
