Joanne Fresh Bake Nonoichi Store

We are working on a daily pre-production so that we can offer new products every month. There are about 150 kinds of types. It is fun to get lost in what kind to make, and we are unintentionally convinced by the master's words that "I aimed at an amusement park for a bakery." We have a home plantation and stick to the ingredients as well.

NOPPOKUN

It is located in Nonoichi City adjacent to Kanazawa City. The first floor sells vegetables, organic ingredients and processed products made by local farmers. The second floor offers vegan lunch and a café. Other deals with fair trade clothing and sundries. White sugar and dairy-free body-friendly sweets are also sold.

Apsaray

Este using gold leaf is popular. First, a serum made from a culture of new lactic acid bacteria and yeast bacteria is impregnated, and gold leaf is carefully applied from the top. It is said that the synergistic effect of serum and gold leaf is effective for whitening and improving the sense of firmness.

Nonoichi City Local Museum (former Fish House)

The former Uizumi House was a rural merchant house built in what is now Hakusan City during the Ansei year at the end of the Edo period, and was relocated to the present Honmachi, Nonoichi City in 1900. This building has a unique complex architecture of a town house with a flat surface and a farmhouse with a field-shaped floor plan from the back where the gable can be seen. Inside the former fish dweller, living tools are linked to the state of the building and released to the public. In the back exhibition building, old farm tools and folk implements are displayed.

Important Cultural Property Kita Family House Kita Memorial Hall

The Kita family ran a brewery at the end of the Tokugawa period, but burned down the house in the Meiji period. This building was relocated from Kanazawa city. The sleeve walls on both sides of the eaves, the eaves known as "sagari" under the eaves, the kimshiko lattice and the main door of the entrance on the first floor, the hearth depicting the ash pattern inside and the high beams of Oe, the house, etc. You can see the typical Machiya form of Kanazawa during the mid-19th century feudal era. National Designated Important Cultural Property.

Moku Yu Rin

Facilities that stand adjacent to the Park Lion on the Lion Plateau. There are two workshops in the facility, a woodworking chamber and a food workshop, built with plenty of wood. The woodworking chamber offers workshops to sell and enjoy woodworking products such as wooden toys, general merchandise and wooden living items. In the food workshop where Italian can enjoy a delicious variety of pasta menus, as well as a pizza kiln directly imported from Italy and a stone kiln pizzer baked with firewood are popular. Live music is also performed at dinner time, mainly on Saturdays, and you can enjoy a meal while listening to music.

Sky lion

Leisure facilities to be deployed in the upper mountain area of the Shishoku Plateau, near the summit of the Later Takayama at an altitude of 650m. It is a base of Sky Sports and is also a vista spot that overlooks the landscape of the Kanazawa Plain and the night view that has been recognized as "100 Japanese Night Views". The summit station, which arrives by enjoying an aerial walk of about five minutes by gondola from the Park Shishi foothills station, is flanked by the Shishoku Plateau Centre, which has a "cafe on the plateau" that boasts hot cakes. There are also dog parks, sled pistes, and the Lion Plateau Nature Trail in the vicinity, and plateau carts, barbecues, and hikes. A paragliding school is also open.

Park lion

A complex of leisure facilities spread over the area of the Gondola foothills station on the Shishi Plateau. Lion World Hall

The facility is located at the foot of the Shishoku Plateau. It displays the lion heads from all over Japan, including the Kaga lion heads, which have been handed down to this area since the Edo period, and about 150 lion heads from all over the world, mainly in Asia. The couple's lion heads by a local master craftsman are the largest in Japan.

Ishikawa Fureai Insect Hall

The ecology of insects is introduced using insect specimens, photographic panels, dioramas, and videos, including dioramas on the Japanese coppice, tundra, rainforest, and the African continent. In Japan, there is also a greenhouse where about 1000 butterflies fly around 10 species, such as the black-faced white butterfly, which lives only in the Yaeyama Islands, and one of the largest butterflies in Japan. In addition, live insects such as praying mantis, grasshoppers, and stick insects can be observed at the insect watching corner.
