Kawaki Store

A specialty store for crab and eel kabayaki, located in the Omi-cho market. Lined with different types of crabs. Snow crabs in the Sea of Japan are fried from around 11 to March. The eel kabayaki is a gem of homemade sauce and charcoal grilling. There is also a corner where you can eat on the spot, and you can quickly eat real oysters, rock oysters, button shrimp, raw sea scallops, etc. (eel sales year-round).

Omi-cho croquettes

A specialty of the market, a hot fried freshly croquettes every day. You can enjoy a variety of handmade flavors such as meat croquettes, sweet shrimp croquettes and octopus croquettes.

Omi-cho Market

The kitchen of Kanazawa, which originated in Kyoho 6 (1721). The narrow, labyrinthine walkway is lined with 170 or so shops ranging from fresh fish and vegetables to clothing, buzzing with the popping Kanazawa dialect. KUTANI SEAL SHOP

Kutani Yaki brand "Kutani Seal"'s first retail store, which was born out of the desire to make Kutani Yaki, a luxury tableware representative of Kaga Hyakumangoku, a familiar one. Congratulations, cute and cute tableware and original accessories are sold. It also holds workshops where anyone can easily make Kutani Yaki.

A single house that will soon be 90 years old. Gold leaf pasting experience Kazawa Katani

"Katani" is a long-established gold leaf manufacturer founded in 1899. In addition to selling a variety of products, such as gold leaf-based goods, cosmetics, and oblotori paper, the directly managed store, which is close to Asanogawa Ohashi, offers a gold leaf-pasting experience that feels the tradition of Kanazawa. The course for the general public is an experience of sticking gold leaf using a plaque plate or a small box, up to about 40 people at a time. Such as the namesable dish 1900 yen, small box 2100 yen. The course for students is hands-on learning for junior and senior high school students. With gold leaf-pasting experience and video, you can learn from the production method, history, and content based on chemistry to interesting trivia. 1500 yen per person. Up to 5-40 people at a time. Kakura or

A long-established store of cudstuff founded in Tensho 7 (1579), which plans and manufactures and sells small items, including Japanese-style bags featuring Kaga Yuzen small-print and original hand-dyed keizo bags.
