Former Aoki House Nasu Bachi House

A villa built by Shuzo Aoki, who served as German minister during the Meiji period, for his stay in Nasu. It was built in the year of Meiji 21 (1888), and after a few additional builds, it became almost the current figure in the year of Meiji 42 (1909). It is a Western theater with beautiful white walls using the Western style of architecture.

Kuroiso Park

It is known as a cherry blossom spot, and around mid-April it is crowded with flower visitors. During the festival, lanterns are lit from evening to 22:00, and you can enjoy cherry blossoms at night.

Azalea of Yawata

In mid-to late May, more than 200,000 azaleas are in full bloom, and the new green plateau is colored red. There is a walking path of 3.6km around the perimeter, so let's enjoy the majestic flower scenery while walking leisurely. It has been selected for the Ministry of Environment's 100 Kaori Scenery.

Inn New Ooh.

Located at an altitude of 1300m overlooking the mountains of Nasu, the inn boasts a stunning view of the four seasons. An open-air bath with a view of autumn foliage is available for day bathing.

Daimaru Onsen Inn

Day-trip bathing is possible at "Daimaru Onsen Ryokan", a 200-year-old, Hiyu-no-Yado, located at the foot of Mount Chausudake. You can see the cloud sea from the innermost part of Nasu Onsenkyo. The hot water is a simple hot spring, and a hot spring is also possible. The inn also offers hot springs for hot water for shochu. You can relax in a spacious outdoor bath using a natural river.

Nasu Nature Research Road

It consists of a paved road from Daimaru Onsen to the entrance of Kita Onsen and a nature trail from there to Yawata Onsen. The name of the plant is also displayed, and it is a great walking path to enjoy the rich nature of Nasu Onsenkyo. Along the way, there is the Yazakite, where Yoichi Nasu [Yoichi Nasuno] has hidden the arrow from the practice of Tōya, and the Benten Suspension Bridge, which has a total length of 65m. It takes 40 minutes (55 minutes from Yawata Onsen).

Vacation Village Nasu

A resort hotel in the sky located at an altitude of 1200m at the southern peak of Mount Chausudake, the name of which is associated with one hundred famous mountains in Japan. From the lobby you can see the majestic Nasu Renzan, and from the onsen you can see the vast nature of Nasunoga. Not only for accommodation, use of lunch (only on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), day bathing, tea, and shops. For lunch, "Nasu no Uchi Bento, Amena Nayorun", which uses plenty of local ingredients, is the popular No.1 menu. Let's try to relax and heal at Daimaru Onsen, where the soft spring quality is attractive, while looking at Nasunogahara, which is colored with fresh green, autumn leaves and snow scenery.

Nasu Ropeway

The 111-named ropeway is one of the largest in the Kantō region. It can be accessed in about 4 minutes to Mount Nasudake's main peak, Mount Chausu 9th station. The view from the gondola summit station observation deck is spectacular. Depending on the weather, you can also see the cloud sea. The building is barrier-free and can be enjoyed by car chairs.

KPS Nasu Kogen Paraglider School

School using the slopes of the ski slopes. After the video training, we will challenge the actual flight through the operation description and the start-up practice. The half-day course is from 9:30 to 13:00 twice a day, and it takes about 2 hours each, the one-day course is from 9:30 to 15:00 (scheduled to end). The outfit should be mobile long sleeves, long pants, and bring gloves or military hands, athletic shoes, and insurance cards (which can be copied).

Minezakura on the sunrise of Nasu-dake

Along the road from the cow's neck of Mount Chausu to Mount Nanzuki (1775.8m), the flowers of Minezakura, which dye the mountain skin in early summer, bloom and entertain climbers. Minezakura is a deciduous small tree of the Rosaceae family that blooms in high mountains. White or pink flowers 2-3cm bloom at the same time as oval leaves.
