Four Honryong Temple

In the second year of the Tenpyo Shinyo (766), he saw the five-colored clouds rising by the Katsudo Jinjin, who crossed the Otani River for the first time and stepped into the mountain, and said that this land is the sacred ground of the four-god guardian (blue dragon, shuzaku, white tiger, and Genbu) and built a gōri-mido. It is said that it was named Shihonryuji Temple. The Kannondo-Mie Pagoda (Important Cultural Property) was a reconstruction of the Edo period, and in front of the Mie Pagoda is a shōun stone, which is said to have been worshiped by Katsudo Kamito.
