Manabe Garden

There are three types of gardens: a western-style conifer garden (conifer garden) with imported trees, a Japanese garden, and a landscape garden that looks like a walk in a forest. I want to take a walk slowly while enjoying each taste. In addition, you can enjoy tea time while looking at the garden at the cafe.

Purple Bamboo Garden

A 18,000-tsubo flower field built from the thought of one woman who wants to play with flowers all day. Every time you go, every walk you have new discoveries. Around 2500 kinds of flowers are welcome to change their facial expressions every season. It was handled by a 93-year-old grandmother Shitake, who has a great desire to make Hokkaido an island of flowers. A popular garden that has long been giving dreams to those who love flowers. There is also a restaurant and a gardening shop. Especially popular is the breakfast buffet "Breakfast in the flower garden..." 2200 yen (reservation required).

Horokanai Seiwa Onsen Luonto

A day-trip hot spring facility attached to the roadside station "Mori to Lake no Sato Horokanai", which is surrounded by soba fields as far as you can see. Perfect for driving-fatigue refreshment. In the restaurant "Soba no Sato", you can taste hand-made soba noodles.

Road station forest and lake

A roadside station in Horokanai-cho, known as one of Japan's leading soba villages. The main facility is "Seiwa Onsen Luonto", a day-spring facility of a European-style building with a Tongari hat roof. There are a goods building and a toilet building, and five log cabins. You can enjoy hot springs at Luonto's inner baths and open-air baths, shopping such as soba and soba fruit donuts at Horokanai-cho goods house, and staying in a log cabin with a loft. The hand-made soba noodles from Horokanai, which are eaten at Luonto's restaurant, are fragrant and have a good taste.

Tomte Cultural Forest Campground

It is located in the "Nayoro Health Forest", which has a site of 2.19 million sq m, and the surrounding area of the camping facility is a dark green forest. In the vicinity of the administration building "Morino Gakusha", there is also a plaza with children's play equipment, a park golf course, and an athletics stadium. The tent site is equipped with a tent floor in a conifer forest. The cooking place has a furnace, which is convenient for cooking. There is a promenade lined with larch chip wood in the forest, and you can enjoy walking while observing seasonal flowers and wild birds.

Roadside station sticky rice village ☆ Nayoro

A roadside station nestled in a rich rural landscape as the southern gateway to the city of Nayoro. Soft Daifuku (162 yen each), which makes use of the rice cakes of Nayoro specialty, is popular for its fluffy texture. There are 18 types of wormwood, pumpkin, melon and lotus cups.

Nayoro City North Country Museum

The museum holds about 100,000 items, including living materials provided by citizens, as well as literature, archeological and geological materials. It is not only an exhibition of local historical materials, but also an experience learning facility that is familiar with the nature and culture of the northern country. Roadside station picture book village kenbuchi

Kenchi-cho is focusing on local revitalization with the theme of picture books, and there is an exhibition corner for picture books in the roadside station. At the produce direct sales office, the producer's face can be seen, and the company sells the specialty produce, which is a boasted produce, which is picked up in the village of the picture book. There is also a restaurant menu using local agricultural products. Freshly baked bread is a specialty.

Pippu Ski Area

Blessed with powder snow, the location is outstanding with full views of the Kamikawa basin and Daisetsu Mountain. Accommodation is also adjacent, and you can enjoy all 9 courses with plenty of variations throughout the day. Opened in the 2016 season, the center house "Skip" has a restaurant, a rest area, coin lockers and a kids room with more functionality.
