Takahashi Manju Shop

Founded in 1954, a large-format shop known as the famous name of Takaman, 200 yen soft serve ice cream and 250 yen shaved ice (small) are also popular in summer.

Cranberry Yayoi Street Store

A long-selling sweet potato, a variety of cookies and cakes that make use of the characteristics of the ingredients. There is also an eat-in space, and you can enjoy sweets in the store.

Cranberry Main Store

A sweet shop that is popular in the local area. The specialty is a sweet potato 100g 232 yen using one whole sweet potato. The moderate sweetness and flavor are well received by women. Homemade custard cream and sweet potatoes are placed on top of the sweet potato skin and roasted. In addition, I would like to taste Yomitan (Yomitan) soft 140 yen using purple potatoes. You can enjoy the mellow flavor.

Mansusuya Shoten Main Store

It is known as "Masuya-san" and is the main store of a bakery with 100% use of Tokatsu wheat, which has six stores in the Tokatsu area. Sweet, soft breads that speak to the origin of a useful snack during the agricultural season. Be sure to visit the flagship store that makes bread in the open kitchen (Mudo store TEL:0155-67-4659).

Fujimaru

The food floor "F-Marushie" is rich in sweets and ingredients carefully selected from local Tokatsu and Hokkaido. At the largest event hall in Hokkaido, you can enjoy a weekly collection of goods and exhibitions.

Tachimura

A tourist exchange base in Obihiro and Tokatsu. There is a direct-birth market with a large selection of vegetables and processed goods from Tokachi, souvenirs, etc. There are eateries and candy shops that use plenty of Tokatsu ingredients, and a store that sends out outdoor information about Tokatsu. There is also a horse library where you can know the roots of Banma.

Banei Jikatsu (Obihiro Racecourse)

The only horse race in the world with a big bangma, weighing about a tonne, running a straight 200m-long course over two slopes while drawing heavy iron sleds. It is designated as the Hokkaido Heritage Site as the horse culture of Hokkaido. The audience can also support while moving with the horse.

Obihiro Centennial Hall

A general museum showcasing the history, nature and industry of Tokatsu and Obihiro. In the first exhibition room, the corners of "Introduction", "The Dawn and Development of Settlement", "The Nature of the Jukin", "The Life of the Jukin", and "The Establishment of the Jukin Agricultural Kingdom" are introduced to the post after the start of full-scale settlement in Jukin. The second exhibition room is a corner of the "Oitachi of the Jukatsu Plain", "The Prehistory of Jukatsu", "The Ainu Culture of Jukatsu", which introduces the life and culture of the indigenous people from the birth of the Hidaka Mountains. It takes 40 minutes.

Uemura Naoki Memorial Hall "House of Ice and Snow"

It is built in a corner of the Obihiro Zoo in the Mokigaoka Park. In 1984, a memorial hall praising the achievements of the adventurer Naoki Uemura, who was out of his breath during the McKinley Winter solo ascent. The museum displays tools he loved during his lifetime, photographs of his adventures around the world, and stones of the highest peaks on five continents. It takes 20 minutes.
