A tower adjacent to the east side of Odori Park. It was built in 1957 as a point for receiving and transmitting radio waves, but is now used as a tourist facility. From the JR Tower Observation Room T38 on the top 38th floor, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the city and the night view of the center of Sapporo, which is full of nature. Hokkaido University, which opened in 1876 as the Sapporo Agricultural School, played a major role not only in the field of agriculture but also in the cultivation of Hokkaido. The Sapporo campus is about 38 Tokyo Domes. On the site, a number of historic buildings are also left, especially the Furukawa Auditorium and the College of Agriculture, which are worth seeing (tours only for exterior). The feature is that it is surrounded by rich nature such as large trees of Harnile and poplar, so you can enjoy a unique atmosphere just by walking around the premises.

The museum was opened in 2016 to commemorate the 140th anniversary of the opening of the "Kaiyo Beer Brewery", the predecessor of Sapporo Beer. The brick building, which is located in Sapporo Garden Park and has a mid-Meiji architecture, has been designated as a Hokkaido Heritage Site in conjunction with the attached Sapporo Beer Garden Reclamation Museum. In the exhibition space on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the museum, you can experience the history of Sapporo beer, which has been handed down since its opening in 1876, from a variety of materials. We also carry out a paid "premium tour" with a guide that allows tasting of "return Sapporo beer". There is also a star hall and a museum shop where you can sample for a fee.
