In a spacious space with a relaxed view of the nature of Hakone, you can enjoy hearty wild bird dishes such as the proud duck, quail and local chicken, fresh fish from Sagami Bay, and self-grown vegetables in summer. I would like to eat the specialty "Okariba-yaki", which is derived from the fact that wild birds that were eaten on the spot when hunting were used in the past. The rare "duck shige" is a proud gem of a soft and juicy duck loin sliced to just the right thickness where you can taste the charm of a duck, and plenty of homemade specialty sauce.

Shizukutei

There is no such thing as a dashi soup taken from the spring water of Hakone, and a wort served with a paste seasoned with miso.
