Barley Cafe

Cafe that renovated the townhouse. The interior of the store has a nice interior and accessories, and the cozy space is expanded. The original menu using Hita's specialties, including sweets, was well received. The popular taco rice at lunch is called "Hitakko Rice" for 850 yen. Perfect for taking a breath in the walk of Muda.

European style Aiko Kaiseki

A restaurant in the Hotel Hayabaze, a converted brewery of late Edo period architecture, about 200 years ago. The course dishes of European-style kaiseki, which are eaten with chopsticks, are based on local consumption, and are also beautiful in appearance, with unique arrangements of local ingredients such as local chicken, local vegetables, Genkai Nada and Buzen's seafood. Lunch is from 2970 yen and dinner is from 5500 yen to 11,000 yen. It offers eclectic Japanese-Western course dishes that can be eaten with chopsticks.

Mitsuhisa

The homemade yakisoba, made with carefully selected flour and grilled to a crispy firmness, is a proud dish of the second-generation manager. The sauce has a sweet and spicy flavor that never gets boring, enhancing the aroma of the noodles. On busy weekends, the early afternoon is the best time to visit. Yakisoba is 900 yen, and ramen is 800 yen.

Lake moon

A gyoza shop with six counter seats located on a back street of Sol Paseo Ginza. The menu only includes gyoza (15 pieces) for 600 yen and beer for 600 yen.

Poko Poko

A specialty shop for hand-baked rice crackers topped with herbs and wild plants from Tsukahara Highlands. About 100 varieties appear throughout the year, including cherry blossoms, clover, and shepherd's purse. Carefully selected natural ingredients like wheat from Fukuoka Prefecture and brown sugar from Amami Oshima create a light and crispy texture. 12 pieces for 1200 yen, 18 pieces for 1800 yen.

Miruku Village Les Villages

You can taste the steaks and stewed braised beef at a reasonable price. Ice cream made from milk that day is a popular product that has not changed since before the renewal.
